LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on December 30, 1984 is an American professional basketball player that plays for the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA) in the National Basketball Association. He is known as King James he is widely considered to be among the top athletes of all time. He is often compared to Michael Jordan in debates over the best basketball player in history. James has been awarded four NBA championships four NBA MVP awards four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James had more points than any other player during the playoffs. He's had the second-most career points and ranks seventh among career assists. James has been a part of 18 NBA All Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams and Five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. Ten NBA Finals, the most of any player ever. James was in the NBA eight times in a row from 2011 until 2018. James was selected to be part of an NBA's 75th Anniversary Team. He became the NBA's first player to have 10000 points and rebounds, along with assists by 2022. James was a basketball player for St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in his home town of Akron Ohio and was heavily touted by the national media as a possible NBA superstar. James was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers as the top pick of the NBA draft in 2003. When he was named the 2004 NBA Rookie Of The Year, he soon became a top player within the NBA with the MVP Award in 2009 and 2010. James did not win a title with Cleveland and was released to become a "free agent" in the year 2010. This move was made by the television show The Decision.
