Lofaso studied under the best chefs to learn their refined methods. She was also not afraid making bold choices to honor her gut instincts. Lofaso collaborated along with Sal Aurora to create Black Market Liquor Bar Black Market Liquor Bar, a new bar situated in Studio City. Lofaso found her place within Black Market, and through the partnerships that she created. The creative spirit of Lofaso could be enhanced through this collaboration. Black Market is not constrained to a specific direction and that's the goal. The course could start with dill potato chips and shishito chili peppers. Then it's a lobster roll Korean wings, and then a series of meatballs. The underlying ingredient in this dazzling array of flavors is Antonia. She's appeared on of many television shows, such as Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars and Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents have continued to be showcased as a judge on the CNBC's Restaurant Startup. Lofaso has teamed up in partnership with Penguin In 2012, she teamed up with Penguin to launch The Busy Mum's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Delicious Home-cooked Meals. The book contains her personal story of her struggles studying at her first French Culinary Institute and raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso believes that her success is due to her passion of cooking and she is capable of keeping her finger in the middle of this field by staying on the kitchen.
